Don't follow you, can't get onto the screen to delete them?0

8. Return to the Set Network Location window you opened in step #3, and click the Merge or delete network locations link at the bottom.
This link when clicked comes back and asks for permission, but the screen to delete it does not appear.

Why is it I have less time now I am retired then when I worked?0 -
There is something seriously going wrong with the DHCP methinks. yet another good reason for setting static IP addresses within home networks. Ok I was going to suggest that you try uninstalling the network adaptor, and then rebooting0

Try uninstalling the lappies wireless adaptor0

I logged on as administrator to try to delete them that way - it didnt work either. It seems to have had a bad affect on the desktop, it froze, then crashed (blue screen) and then recovered, hence the delay. I have the laptop disabled now and desktop went back to one connection and is working again.
Looks like he rebuild is the only option. I dont know how to uninstall and install he network adaptor.
