hiya just been to my local Pontypridd store and picked up two Trevor Sorbe straightening balm with my haircare voucher and also used my 150 points voucher from the acm..paid at the perfume counter with no probs....then got another vouchere from my other purchases so picked up a model me serum took it to the sa at the front of store with my toni and guy 150 points from the acm the sa put them through and the till beeped when she tried to put through the 150 points voucher tried sayin it was cos i was already getting hte serum for free and i shudnt get the points as well but showed her my other receipt and she got quite stroppy saying i would have to go and see the sa on the photo desk cos she the only one who could manually add points...did all that and finally got my points and with the confusion got to keep the original £2 voucher wahoo

does anyone want to swap the £5 skincare vouchers i cant use them at the moment as am bit skint...make that a lot skint.... so would be happy to swap lol

Didn't manage to get to uxbridge Boots yesterday, gutted as was hoping to get a couple of putting sets. Its my uncles birthday on Saturday and hes really hard to buy for, have to think of quirky ideas every year. I did however go to slough and bought NOTHING! :eek: No reduced haircare again and rubbish clearance. Lots of £1 17 fake tan, wrapping paper and large santa teddies! Couple of mulled wine sets and gingerbread houses. Noticed the naked sets were all gone, hope one of you lovely lot got them. :j

Juat back from a dissapointing mega bootsing trip Popped into the Harlequin and came out without buying anything :eek: No reduced HE or anything else for that matter. So went to Waterfields, did my first bit of wombling as I found a wrinklie lying on the floor in the entrance but again came out without anything.

Went into London Colney where I managed to get some T&G colour reviver shampoo reduced to £2 so free with wrinklies. Asked a chap about the Olay GWP (like I did on Saturday). He went off to have a look and then told me that the promotion is over now because of the voucher and that I shouldn't have been given one at the weekend. Funny thing is though, I never saw them on display in the store.

No HE, a few more T&G reduced shampoos. They had quite a few of the ROC challenge packs reduced at £19 (I think)

Needed to let my hair down so went for a bit of BOOTSing this morning. Someone has cleaned CROWN POINT, LEEDS of all the reduced hair care products! So don't go there if you wanna use your winkies. Saw about 8 x reduced HE at 74p, so be quick if you want them. Managed to use the £2 S+G voucher on a mini. Put some lip balm on before I went to the SA, and did a pouty smile and she overrode it for me! Woohoo.

Nothing to be seen at the ALBION STREET, LEEDS one other than the usual clutter upstairs. Didn't see any of the £2 FCUK bags on 3 4 2, perhaps they have all gone too.

Anyone know if they have any glitches or anything spesh at the HUDDERSFIELD store as I am going there this week. Ta muchly.

I bought the above this morning (was nearly hyperventilating at spending so much in one go) and managed to use the 1/3 off voucher and the £5.00 off P&P voucher and the 250 pts from the GWP and a 250 total spend from the ACM. Best of all the lovely SA kept putting the GWPs through until the till beeped and I managed to get FIVE before the till said 'no'. She did do the GWPs before any vouchers though.

To my delight they ALL had vouchers in but I haven't unwrapped them to check the lipstick colours because they're all going away for presents for daughter's friends for birthdays/christmas.

Oh, and the serum itself was all wrapped up with ribbon (very prettily) with a hand-written tag saying "this purchase entitles you to a mini-makeover at the No7 counter, just present this card"........ not really my "thing" (there's not a lot I don't know about make-up ) but might be of interest to others. Don't know if this is a national thing or just specific to my store.

Oh Slough had 2 (what i assume are) old no 7 gwps on the no 7 last chance stand. Ive never seen them before but my 15 year old brother said he had?! Small square pink striped boxes tied with a ribbon and called Me time? They had 5ml p&p serum, another cream and 2 other things in. Very expensive at £6.50 I thought! :eek:

I think most of the old GWPs that are sold off are vastly over-priced. I did buy some of the gold bags a few weeks ago but by using pinkies and 250 pts vouchers in Boots Logic I was paid £1.50 to take each one away

My store has the last one (the little bag, mirror and brush) for sale at £6.50 at the moment - what a rip off!
