Has anyone tried the Revitalising Hand Saviour from the No7 Body Beautiful range? Is it any good (and does it smell like the body wash and bath soak - I love the smell of those)? As it's getting colder, my hands are quite dull and dry so I'm looking for something to perk them up a bit.

Alternatively, does anyone have any other suggestions for a good, reasonably inexpensive hand cream/treatment?

Sorry it isn't Boots - but a bargain all the same! This cream is FANTASTIC! I had REALLY dry hands until I read about it last week on HUKD. Think it is normally £10, but £5 presently + there is a 15% voucher around + quidco + if you get four P&P is free. Unfortunately it is out of stock at the moment, but I have had email alerts and it seems come in and out of stock regularly. Definately worth it!

  • I've found all West End branches charge more for things than the suburbs, it isn't just on not Meal Deals. The Stay Imperfect (not a mistake!!) nail varnish and other nailish things are £6.60, whereas they're only £6.10 in Romford, and the 3 for 2 Indulgent Bath stuff was £1 an item dearer - that's a lot of money.

Is this the same in other big cities, or does Mr B assume that just Londoners are rolling in money?

How many???? What on earth will you do with all that lot?????

Blimey, I asked a perfectly innocent and interested question and what do we get - shampoogate!!!!!!! :o

    Anyway, enough of that.

Went to Gravesend today shopping and found plenty of clearance items dotted about round the store, including Model Me, Radox and Naked whatever.
Anyway, left without buying anything, as none of it was of interest to me, not even some HE conditioner for coloured and highlighted hair @ 44p....

Noticed some Love Notes pamphlets BUT Girard perfume sets were at full price on SEL. Didn't bother getting price checked as I bought the Lysval set half price a while ago. It's quite a heavy scent, which I wouldn't normally wear, but it reminds me of stargazer lilies, which I love.

Had a look at No7 gwp and all seemed to have code number 31115 478 on the outer wrapper.HTHS.

Oh and yes, I have been shopping this afternoon, but you'll be pleased to know in THIS city, most the bargains have gone .....

    [snipped ...}

You're really not surprised are you? :rotfl: ;)

I swear if Boots sold gates, there'd be a 'gategate' before too long :D

The full-sized TS straightening balm thing for long hair was marked down to £1.22 locally yesterday - on clearance but had the SEL showing the £1.22

    It's this one:

hi i find that dove night handcream does an excellent job its in a blue tube and costs about £2ish.
my little boy was on chemo last year so lots of handwashing 4me and my hands were very dry and sore this cream worked brilliantly and quickly and then i kept using it to keep my hands nice and soft.
p.s i used it in day too not just night but sure they do a day one. hth:D
