  • What happens at the end of your 12M contract and you cancel. I know you keep the Sky + HD box but do you loose the HD and Sky+ recording facilities?

At the end of the 12 months if one dose not want to subscribe to sky can one still use the sky+ box as before???
  • I Spoke To Sky This Morning And They Read Me An E Mail Stating That This Offer Was A Mistake And That They Were Not To Give It To Any Customers However It Is Still Available On Their Website
  • I'm a bit annoyed that having been a Sky customer for 12 years (subscribing to full package) I'm unable to get a free Sky+ box.
I really do want to upgrade to Sky+ but will not out of principle, and will wait until the offer is available to me.
Failing that, I could always ring them and say I want to cancel my subscription giving them the reason why and see what they say!

If you dont cancel at the end of the 12mnth term, you will carry on as normal with the same charges and will still use sky+ etc. But if you cancel then you will only get the freeview channels and will not be able to use the sky+ facility as this will incur a £10 monthly charge.
