My weight watchers book came today
I'm allowed 20 points per day but will have had 21 today. I'm happy with that as it is the first day. Couldn't get out much because of the snow and ice but did manage to take the dog around the block. Also have most of my meals planned for tommorow, just not sure what to do for tea.

Had a bad diet day - 2 x toast with peanut butter and banana and a cappiccino for brekki. Jacket Potato with chicken stew (which I think contained cream) and cheese for lunch. Starbucks cappiccino on way home from work. Was craving when I got home and had a Chi late and a shortbread! Feel bloated now - fat belly....
Getting back on track this evening - took the dog for an hours walk and had fish and veg for dinner with water. I must be good for the rest of the week!Struggling to get my debts & weight & life under controlUnsecured Debt September 2011 - TBCWeight to loose - pounds0 -

What is Hoodia?
It's a plant extract that suppresses appetite, I've been taking it for about 3-4 weeks and it definitely works for me (I am a terrible snacker). The first week I literally had no interest in food, then as I started back to the gym the second week my appetite returned a bit, but I am definitely eating less than before.
Do some googling and read up a bit as well, I really like the stuff but it's good to get some other info as well rather than just listening to me!Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Girls, I'm so miserable this evening, had an argument with OH and he is being so mean. I feel really down. Isn't it awful the way someone can just ruin your mood for the evening...Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs
