Morning all:j :j ,
Well heres one im sat here drinking a mug of coffee!!!!! Now in some countrys i could count my self very lucky if i just had the clean water to drink, that i uesed to make the coffee. and i would be a very very rich man to drink coffee.
We are very luckly in this country that we have clean water , and that if we do end up loseing our jobs the dole office will give us some money to put food in our bellys! ok not a lot of money and when you been earning hunderds a month it is a big drop! but our gov dose not let us starve! in some countrys the we would starve!!
So lets remember the little things in life today. There is going to bed loads of bad news! peopel loseing there jobs, houses, cars, But in the end we have what counts
We have Clean drinking water,a Gov that wont let us starve, the NHS, and the most inportant we have our famalys, and as humans we have the best and most inportant thing of all EACH OTHER:A :j :j

Been to the doc's. Been signed off work for 2 weeks.
Had some time in the kitchen with Mum this morning. She made lemon curd and I made a start on the marmalade. We still have some of last year's in jars, so will freeze this lot until ready to use it.
Roast chicken for tea, potato wedges, hm coleslaw and a bit of salad that needs using up.

Hi everyone, thank goodness the week has finished, I'm exhausted and feeling a bit rubbish. How exciting-having a baby almost live on the OS forum...Best of luck Bargainbird.
I'm just about to get the train to meet fiance at his work, he works late on a Fri and they've provided a flat for him (FREE!!) so we stay there on a Fri night.
I'm going to hosp on Tue to have this cervical carcinoma in situ removed under GA and (being a healthcare person myself) I'm usually so matter of fact about things like this-I had my tonsils out a couple of years ago-but I keep finding myself on the verge of tears. I'll talk to DH about it on Monday but it's days away yet and I don't want to worry him. I know the prognosis is excellent but I can't help stressing about it-I'm only 27 and I thought this sort of thing didn't happen for at least another 10 years.
Just wanted to get that off my chest. Thanks everyone.0 -
