Perhaps the OP,would very importantly, like to post the name ,make and model of the faulty brackets,so that the important principal of " No-one else getting hurt" can be adhered to.I don't know why the OP hasn't done this already?

How do you know the injuries were not serious? Being cut with glass is not an injury then?

    quote]

From OP's original post: "luckly nothing severe".

    Do try and keep up.
  • Well I am insulted..not...i have explained that we have all tried to advise and been slagged off for doing so. I am not a troll....you on the other hand registered today and have been nothing but abusive to regular posters.

exactly what advice can i ask? you are the one with the insults and SLAGGING OFF, GET A GRIP OF YOURSELF, i'm actually enjoying this now,... (not that i wasn't before), you just can't leave this alone now can you someonelse to argue with, now, bet thats good for you!!!!, you are a waist of this space so as i have requested before be gone with you from this site!!!

  • I used to work for a Solicitor who dealt in litigation and personal injury.

The costs you would get for this would be very small indeed and no Solicitor would take it on for sure. You would pay more in Court fees than you would get back (if you even did get anything back).

"Should've, could've, would've" means nothing in litigation - it is pure facts that are required.

I'm also a bit shocked that the OP says this isn't about the money, but has mentioned the word 'compensation' in her title, which means money!

If OP is so concerned about this and that she should have been contacted etc and that it's not about the money, then can she please explain to me why she hasn't written a letter of complaint to the company to ensure that this doesn't happen again??? Rather than come on here and ask about getting compensation??? Or am I missing something?

I'm affraid your missing quite alot!!!! however i am not going to explain myself to the likes of you, get your facts right before assuming something! who said i aint sent any letters. quote : compensation is something(such as money) given or received as payment or reparation (as for a service or loss or injury), if you worked for a solicitor you should of known that, where did i say i wanted money? you don't know any facts so i would appreciate it if you all stopped assuming things you know nothing about, i have my support and valued advice now thanks from REAL people who actually care so thanks for your post but i assume you know what you can do with it........
