You cannot discriminate because I am 16 or because I'm doing my A-Levels (see Anti Discrimination Act 1977) - I can take you to court for it.

[Name removed by Forum Team], Australian state law is not applicable here, in this instance google has not been your friend. Nor does the anti-discrimination act contain provisions specifically protecting discrimination against someone based on their studying of A-levels. It's lucky for you that the laws of other countries are generally not applicable in the UK, i'm sure the Saudi's would have dealt with such matters differently by now.

I don't think we'll hearing much from Master Copper on these forums until tomorrow at the earliest, as it's past his bedtime now.

The solicitors have said, for a while now, that they no longer have anything to do with the company..
It really is sad, with a mature look on the situation, [Name removed by Forum Team] and his family can really do with listening and learning from peoples advice. You can't cheat the law and you can't hide from upset customers.
The wisest thing to do is to pause the business until all is sorted and to take a lot of these kind people's advice..

    :rotfl:

[Name removed by Forum Team],you forgot to answer my question.... How come 1st class delivery takes longer than 2nd class delivery?? It seems to be a mistake within your terms and conditions ( checked by solicitors, Trading standards and maybe by you also )

Not wishing to be insulting.... but you must be a bit of a wally to come and try and defend this rubbish.... The terms and conditions are just so funny. How can you upgrade and charge someone more than they agreed to without permission? Well, i mean legally speeaking!!!

I imagine going to the airport and finding out I've been upgraded because they sold my economy seat twice... :j Great !!! "But we are charging you for the upgrade Mr Smith!! " Never heard of it yet !

Frankly, I think you are wasting your time coming here to defend the indefencible, it just makes you looker a bigger fool than your terms and conditions make you look already !:rotfl:

But son of [Name removed by Forum Team] says:

"The email address is [EMAIL="legal@gcspcs.co.uk"]legal@gcspcs.co.uk[/EMAIL]! This goes direct to an independant trained solicitor"

You have to wonder why a company that sells mobile phones would need a "trained solicitor" on the firm to answer emails??

    Very charitable, but sadly, misplaced.

Every element of the [Name removed by Forum Team] operation is deliberate, including the Microsoft Certified Endorsement and the compilation of illegal T&Cs to allow the pocketing of unauthorised monies from, er. . . policemen.

Indulging any kind of sustained and systematic deception issues a licence to others to do likewise.

If something looks like a duck, waddles like a duck, and quacks (interminably) like a duck, then it's no use pretending it's an elephant.

PS: my font of human kindness doesn't allow of the likes of Master [Name removed by Forum Team] to dip into it so count me out of the list of "kind people" who've given advice on this thread. Sorry!
