LOL@ post 88
Sorry dont believe you have permission to post, abuse often mention it in the relevant thread which they haven't yet
LOL no one is discriminating you here, you spend a lot of time defending on cowboy outfit, I wouldnt touch your company if it was the last one on Earth, and I got paid to use it0 -
Maybe also get a brain test, it would be good.
Children should be seen and not heard.

5. I have 6 staff to run the business.
So your turnover must be high enough to cover the wages of six people and yourself?
So thus you must be well into VAT turnover land.
So why is your VAT number not displayed on your website (as it should be (just ask the solicitor on your little firm))??"Love you Dave Brooker! x"

[Name removed by Forum Team] and his Father, it wont belong before you are closed down and prosecuted
I hope you will consider very carefully before ripping people off that you may have a criminal conviction if you continue to rip people off as you do0 -

[Name removed by Forum Team], I'm with savemoney: the rules of this forum are clear: if you want to represent your company, you must first get permission from the forum admin team. This is for everyone's protection.
Also, it doesn't look good when you title your post with something that insults another person on it.0 -
:rotfl:
This thread must be the funniest on the Internet.
Without wishing Master [Name removed by Forum Team] or any of his relatives to "lower" their morals, might I advise that if -- as your earlier post contends -- emails should be sent to legal/gcspcs to be read by an "independant" solicitor (pendant, so perhaps he/she hangs around a lot?) before being passed to yourself then it's time for you and your caped crusaders to catch a few more criminals. . . and contact The Law Society.
Reason?
No registered legal practitioner would ever have said, in effect, "Oi Master [Name removed by Forum Team], I know nuffink about drafting a contract's Terms & Conditions: that's the job of Trading Standards."
Appalling, Master [Name removed by Forum Team]! Stop paying that "solicitor" immediately! (And then charge him £200 for the cost of the admin involved in sacking him!) These fraudsters should be exposed!
Meantime I look forward like everyone else here to yet more of your informed and articulate posts about best corporate practice, statutory consumer protection, law enforcement, capturing criminals, Sony laptop competitions, VAT registration, and how Council Tax-funded Local Authority-run Trading Standards Departments now all work for nowt for the private sector -- this last a hell of a surprise to individuals such as I. . .
PS: no doubt your Sony laptop winner Serena Thompson of Newcastle will be along soon to post here? Can't wait!0 -
Brooker Dave - since when have newspapers told the truth? Come on surely your not that dumb? I made a complaint and it was put in the echo complaints section because the reporter had changed it from aimed to actual £30,000 in the article when that was not true. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT!
Here are some original 'praising' articles -- are they all wrong? Maybe they should all be retrospectively changed from 'makes £30k' to 'aims to make £30k' -- sounds like you're telling porkies!

No Master [Name removed by Forum Team]. No. You can't keep penning stuff like this, we're all going to get hernias from laughing too much.
(Re your 15 GCSEs: has your own local education authority adopted a different marking system to the rest of the UK? Just wondered.)0
