Ok, I have went down the road of doing a money claim online. I paid £159 for a phone which obviously never came. Do you recon I'm best of just waiting to hear from the courts (how long do you think it will take? I filed it about a month ago) or can I claim my money back from this new "jazzy" website he's set up?

you just need to let it run its course, he has a certain amount of time to either respond, or ask the court to delay for 28 days to put in a defence etc. Just check online for any progress

Thanks, thats good to know!!! I was unsure at first as I didn't know what address to file the claim to. But he will obviously be notorious down the courts like you say so fingers crossed.

I would inform o2 and apple. The iphone is most probably a cheap fake.
