Oh dear. The tidying away of errant apostrophes seemed so promising, evidence that [Name removed by Forum Team] English studies really have progressed in recent weeks.

But no. The new site's Terms & Conditions are as hilariously incomprehensible / unenforceable as the old:
8.1 Any cases where the customer is rude to staff will be overseen by a company executive and the order will be refunded. Rights of orders, returns due to change of mind etc will still be valid. Future sales will not be allowed and legal proceedings may follow. We reserve the right to block you from using the website. We strongly object to customers who are rude and does not tolerate any of the stated above. We will act against these issues with all its power to ensure the well-being of staff and our customers.

Good to see [Name removed by Forum Team] taking on so many extra staff though: if only ten customers are rude to staff, they'll do so in the presence of one of the additional employees [Name removed by Forum Team] has specifically hired just to watch abuse as it happens.

I see he still has the same T&Cs and lack of contact information. Why doesn't he just give up and do something that matches his business ability, such as a paper-round.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

I think the boy wonder must have got the idea for his ludicrous T&Cs from the Marx Brothers:-

He hasn't lost all his apostrophes, he's still offering Sat Nav's and PDA's.

    The link on this page:
    http://www.gcspcs.co.uk/store/index.php
for the Sony laptop offer takes you too:

    Oops! This link appears broken.
    Suggestion:
Search on Google: impulse tech uk store index

So his old site that is now back up has a link to a site he denies having anything to do with.
However he does appear to be using Google checkout again, anyone care to ask them about it?

Oh, and if you go to the contact page (of GCsPCs or whatever he's calling the site this week, the logo doesn't work for me, and blocks off part of the top menu), then there's the Impulsetech address at the bottom. Just so we don't get too confused, there.

(I couldn't post the link to that page, as I'm too new, tsk!)

Alas, there's no vacancies to work for [Name removed by Forum Team] .

(Wouldn't it be great to view a contract of employment?)

Oh, and all his preorders and delayed products are all due in October.. 2008. Poor! (Well, no more or less poor than we're already used to, that is!)

But there's no reason for any confusion. Here beginneth the lesson:

GC'sPC's begat NuevoTech which begat ImpulseTech which begat GCL Group which begat GCsPCs.

And it came to pass that NuevoTech was not the fruit of the loins of GC'sPC's and into exile it entered therein, nor did GC'sPC's cleave unto itself ImpulseTech ye !!!!!!! progeny of Basingstoke, yet verily was ImpulseTech taken to the bosom of the tribe of Essex, and there was much rejoicing within the great tent of GCL, e'er though within the House of Companies was it decreed that the Scribes of Registration be appeased, even unto the third-born.

And behold, the wavering profits of the tribe of Essex, depending on how ye spell it, for there was upon the land the great blight of MSE, but the Standards of Trading looked upon the tablets of [Name removed by Forum Team] and saw that they were good, and GCsPCs was born to hallelujahs and hosannas and serenas of the Newcastle, so did once more the desert of Southend United bloom.

    Hope this helps.

    It's crystal clear now!

Actually, could you put that through a translator, and then back into English again... hehehe!
