GCs PCs - DO NOT BUY FROM [Removed]

I have just looked at their delivery conditions it it states that although faulty items can be returned and a full refund given, they will not pay for the return postage. Surely that is against the Distance Selling Regulations.
And I still like this classic piece of English :-
We strongly object to customers who are rude and does not tolerate any of the stated above. We will act against these issues with all its power to ensure the well-being of staff and our customers.
Regarding their non-existant T&C's they must exist somewhere, hence this :-
Below is a list of current pre-order products and the possible dates of being in stock/delivered to your door. You may purchase these items in the meantime, but please do not contact regarding your order until after these dates. Cancellations may be accepted under conditions of 10.3 and 10.5 of our Terms and Conditions:
I also see that they are running a competition which depends on you having to buy a product. Unless they have a licence to do this they are breaking the law. This is why you see on similar competitions "no purchase necessary"
Edit
I thought so. Here is the relevent part of the Distance selling regulations :-
3.57 If the goods are faulty or do not comply with the contract, you will
have to pay for their return whatever the circumstances.
This is taken from a document giving guidance to the seller (not the buyer). What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

Yes, a feeble attempt at irony.:pI'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
How do these people get away with this. He is supposed to be under investigation yet he can still set up a website "selling" items.
There is no way to contact them, no phone number, no email and an address that it admits is mail forwarding address only. Not very reassuring.you would have to be a fool to buy from them.0 -
Still baffles me how anyone saw something worth buying in the first place.
Everything is hugely overpriced in the first place.0 -

With regard to www.impulsetechuk.com, young entrepreneur [Name removed by Forum Team] is on record as stating:I am not aware of this website and it now looks like someone has used some of my details!
I suggest you do not use this site - it's registered in Basingstoke I spoke to a mail company there.
Looks like someone is trying to copy me and make things look worse, so please ignore it
they have not used any other personal details or customers etc
i emailed 1and1 and it seems to have been removed

The Bitter Wallet website published this article about Master Cooper last month:- http://www.bitterwallet.com/vultures-circling-16-year-old-internet-cowboy-gary-cooper/7470
If you look at the last comment (posted 2 days ago) you will see this :-

hey
just thought i should let you all know,
[Name removed by Forum Team] really is not that bad, personally i have not had any problems with his service.
Also he has been cleared of all charges, therefore proving that it was more than likely a lot of jealous people with nothing better to do than bring down a 16 year old who was doing well for himself
dan
Has Garry changed his name to "dan" I wonder ? - perish the thought!
Edit.
Interestingly I have just found this from post #142 on this thread :-
People for godsake please ring him on his number, I have just spoken to him, first I asked him whom I was speaking with and he identified himself as "Dan", I said I would like to speak to the director ([Name removed by Forum Team] ), "Dan" then told me [Name removed by Forum Team] was in a meeting (lol). I told Dan that I knew full darn well he infact [Name removed by Forum Team] and that I was on the money saving expert forum, he then SHOUTED "MORON MORON MORON" down the phone for around 15-20 seconds before hanging up!
It could be a coincidence, and there could be two "dans", but it does seem a small world! What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
