[Name removed by Forum Team] should be careful as allegedly he ripped off the daughter of a 'very big name' in east london who tried to purchase several items.

8GB Micro SD Card: Ebay £10-15 Impulsetech £42.99:confused:

    Samsung G600: Phones4U £88.05 Impulsetech £144.99 :kisses:

    Actually no, its not.

Most T&C's are there to limit the liability of the seller. No T&C's mean that the relevant laws, i.e. the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, apply without limitation.

Of course no T&C can be imposed after a contract is formed either!
