Looks like most people who purchased something will lose their money. The fact [Name removed by Forum Team] the others do not seem bothered leads me to believe they know they can get away with not paying money back.I am amazed people purchased things from him considering the prices he charged on his website.0

How do these people get away with this. He is supposed to be under investigation yet he can still set up a website "selling" items.
He's only a suspect, so he can do what he likes.
That said if he's convicted on anything there's no law to stop him trading at any point in the future."Love you Dave Brooker! x"

According to [Name removed by Forum Team] best friend Dan, now that [Name removed by Forum Team] has been cleared of all charges (see Trisontana's link) he's been asked by the BBC to take on the business tycoon role formerly held by the expert known as Sir Alan E-Mailer Sugar.
Candidates seeking to become The Apprentice will have to have 15 GCSEs excluding English, Maths, and anything to do with Law.
Preference will be given to Southend United FC supporters.0 -

Wot a coincidence, I also heard about the work [Name removed by Forum Team] and his Dad are going to do. Dan told me.
In addition to the "done nuffink wrong" clause there's also the Not The Sale of Goods clause.
Basically, if someone orders something and what they get is bust or isn't what they ordered, then the goods wot they wanted were never actually sold to them.
So in that case, the Sale of Goods Act can't apply because if there's no goods, or no good goods, then there can't have been a sale in the first place.
Dan says he thinks this legal reasoning explains everything wot has happened and why [Name removed by Forum Team] is right to be so upset with customers loosely shouting "fraud" all the time.
Dan says it's why his mate has been cleared of all charges and is going to be the next Attorney General.0 -

He is also breaking the law by operating a competition why you have to buy a product before you can qualify to enter. But of, course, the boy-wonder knows the law like the back of his hand and everybody is wrong except him (plus his dad and Dan)What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
