Can you see the greeness coming off the screen ;) You lucky thing! He's apparently got a wicked sense of humour but his favourite party trick is to 'show' certain aspects of himself off :rotfl: He's a very proud boy. I read his autobiography last year it was actually very interesting. Gotta ask though - What did he sing? And how did that come about? I'm so nosy

I read his autobiography too. really enjoyed it. yes maltesers give us all the details. I am sooooo jealous

  • It was a something from the album and he was out to impress us. I've never lived next to a celeb before so I was trying to be cool and act like it was natural - otherwise I would have been over the hedge in an instant clamouring for autographs. I got to know the dogs far more than the lads.

    Afternoon all.

I’m very late on here today, because I got two envelopes full of paperwork to do in the post. Membership stuff for an organisation I belong to, that I do on a voluntary basis. And I like to turn it round the day I receive it, if possible.

Anyway, ((((HUGS)))) to all who want/need tham, especially Moggins and HalfPint.

I'd love to stay and say more, but Mr LW is on his way home, and will be raring to go helping me make veggie bangers'n'mash for dins (he does the spud-peeling, as my paws don't cope with it these days.)

    Have a good evening folks.

Hi all and thanks for all the mentions of my bad back. It has suddenly started to feel a lot better so the lazing around I've done obviously worked. I've had a lovely afternoon with DGS - DGD should have come, too, but her Mum had a call from the school and had to pick her up early. She's one of several in the class with an upset tummy. DGS said he didn't feel too good, either, but managed to play a few board games with me. There's obviously something going around, isn't there?

Halight - good luck. Look forward to more from you tomorrow!

Well, DH is on his way home from work. He's had late finishes every day this week but he knows he's lucky to have work, so he's not complaining. The new contractor he's subbing for has said he has a lot more work for him and his crew, so we're really keeping our fingers crossed. I won't believe it until it's all booked up, though. He can do trucking if the building work slows right down but he really doesn't want to unless he has to and, even then, there's not much of that around, either. Tough times for many people; who knows where it will all end? Thank heavens for MSE and thanks to all of you for your OSing tips and advice.

Well, I'd better pack up the board games and get the table laid.

(((Hugs))) to all in need - I haven't really read the thread properly so will try and catch up later.

Re: Spidey - at least I've proved he does exist! Horrid, isn't he?
