Is it a big box and do you want to use it yourself or give it as a gift, as a gift you could fill each section with pot pourri, shells, dried flowers and fragrant oil
    a foodie gift homemade cookies,
a crafty gift fill with ribbon, sewing thread, scissors etc,
    rolled socks
    tea towel or flannel cupcakes

  • Just found this quote and think it's lovely. All my cards and paper crafts have a stamp which says "handmade by me" but I think this might need to be used instead!

she grinch - its about 11" x 5" and each section is 3" gap -depth is about 3".
I wouldn't mind using it for myself if I could think what for but then I thought I could concoct a xmas pressie out of it. Its the rope on top of the width that baffles me. I suppose I could get rid of it and just use the box..........would be handy to fill with 'emergency' stuff........sewing/first aid/general bits you run out of. Can't remember where that list was now - it was somewhere on one thread or another............ typical me - didn't write it all down, just some of it.

sian - what a lovely quote

Lovely things - those carnations for a start, the belt, and the Christmas stockings. Some of the pot holders looked too good to use.
