i got mine from boiler juice 2 weeks ago and they still havent taken it from my account. anyone else had this problem?

I ordered online from Ian Martin Fuels last week after seeing their price quote on here - I think it was Tuesday I ordered. Still nothing by Saturday so I called them, only to be told first thing Monday morning. Still not arrived - thoroughly underwhelmed by their service.

Wonder can I earn commision????:p Been very non money saving and had the heat on half the day, so good to have oil again!!!:D

just ordered some from valuoils - cant take the cold anymore lol
was a bit ragin the price had gone up £10 from lunchtime
got 500 litres for £183. still cheaper than local companies though

well its a problem when they try to take it out and i have spent the money for the "never came out oil" on something shiny and new.

It gets worse. Oil didn't arrive on Monday morning as promised and I ran dry last night. :mad:

Called them this morning - got the old 'lorry broke down' excuse. Gave off stink and told them I was now dry and the least they could do was bleed the system for me. Agreed to do this. Got home this evening, oil delivered and no attempt made to bleed the system.

I will never order from these incompetent unreliable muppets again, regardless of price.

Went to Boilerjuice (estimated 2-4 days delivery) site this am for a quote for 1000litre. For our area, it came up at 42.30pperlitre so £423 + £21.15 = £444.15. This seems very high - can't think why!

Some quick phonecalls to other suppliers gave prices of around £351 (Emo - delivery early next week) to £361 (S E McKay http://www.semckayandson.co.uk delivery today) for 1000. Have had good service from McKay in past and so opted for them for today (we ran out last night...oops). Realise we probably would have got a bit better price last week, but hadn't got around to ordering then. Still, at least not as bad as the £499 we paid in April for 1000.

They seem to be doing £178.50 for 500 this morning per online (don't deliver to our postcode area though)

Note for Arkonite - couldn't get clicky link for value oils on page 1 of this post to work.
