    Hi all

Opinions wanted please.... I feel very disturbed by all this, and sort of scanky, like i have robbed a bank or something? I think my options are to either start shopping in Sainsbury, or to continue shopping at Tesco and let them overcharge me, or maybe i could send packaging and photocpy of every overcharge to Dundee and let them sort it? I like the last idea best, what do you guys reckon?

Mate! This is exactly how the jerk wanted you to feel! Dont let him get to you - he is just another of the sad little hitlers that are actually scared of getting their bums kicked for having to do r&r. THEY are in the wrong for overcharging you and then not only trying to intimidate and humiliate you in front of other customers, but also breaking company policy by not offering you a FULL refund and to keep the phone.
Dont feel bad...read through the posts on this thread again, sadly you are not alone in being treated like poo by Tesco CS staff.
Thet make me so angry when they try to intimidate and humiliate. Dont let em win...and pursue that complaint so they get their a*s*s kicked!

[the Motorola] ... good enough for my 10 year old daughter,a tad basic for a gadget lover like myself :D but hey its free!

Thought so. I haven't got a ten year old, so I'll leave the R&R for someone who has.

  • Suugest we start doing pics of our RRs on here as much easier than hunting around on T's jumbled up shelves.
