            Just called HO regarding the phone issue.
I explained that the Manager at the store stated that it was a HO issue. The Customer service lady said she was not aware of any offers on Mobile phones and that l need to fax the reciept and the leaflet to them and they will try to resolve it in a few days.
Are they fobbing me off as an earlier poster did get a positive result with HO ?0 - 
            ok, time for a fresh start I think. A new thread has been created here for discussion. Please try and keep to the discussion of the policy and R&R related things and not get personal about other posters or argumentative in general, as it just makes the thread unpleasant and people don't want to read it.
