36ft elevation - not bad at all :D

Its worth searching on there though for your town and 'flat' and seeing what comes up

Yeah it is miles Becky but I will have a look at home for flat runs

Well, I still ache a fair bit, and the weather here is supposed to be absolutely foul today, so undecided whether to go out tonight or not.

But if I do, I will put some speedwork in - promise.......

Becky, Rich, sorry I missed your run/ice skate on Saturday, would have been good to meet you. However, I was up in Essex, so getting to Wimbledon for 9am wasn't really on the cards. Especially as Friday night turned into a bit of a sesh! When's the next one you're doing dahn sarf?

You two might as well move in together, the amount of runs you do together ;)

  • Beer Tins - the idea is to do beer AND running, not beer OR running! But we'll let you off this time.In terms of the 'darn sarff' 5k, I'll be doing the ones on 11th April and 25th April (ie the day before London)......but I'm sure Becky will be doing others in the meantime.I reckon its probably a decent enough course when you can actually find the paths - I did manage to take the wrong course on the 2nd lap!!!And as for living with Becky, how would that work? I have to know that my custard supplies are safe - you would have to have them under lock and key if the red haired one was around!!(apologies for the dodgy formatting of this post - it doesn't work too well when I post from a pda)

Cool, well I'll make sure I only take part in the ones that Becky is too, at least I have a chance in hell of keeping up with her! Come April I expect she'll be kicking my a$$ though!

Ooo, she'll love that challenge!!Next Saturday might be a good option - I'm pretty sure she'll be doing that one to try to break the 24 minute barrier - but I'm sure she'll confirm whether that is her intention this evening.btw there's loads of pics of Saturday's race at parkrun.com . Click the links for Wimbledon, photos, 7th Feb. Should give you some idea of the course - I'm in all black and Becky is in all blue with a headband, but no prizes for correct spotting.
