Actually I'm pretty darned full so it'll have to be saved for tomorrow0

No worries Rahpael - everyone has days like that when they dont fancy it - as long as you get back on the running wagon - which you have done - we'll let you off
I think I'll have to pretty much scratch off this week, I've had so much going on (wedding planning etc) that I've had little time. I'm busy most of sat and all of sunday, so I'm going for a run tomorrow and then scrapping the week and starting afresh on monday.
Tuesday is the first session of my PHM course, so that should kick start me next weekDebt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!

Morning All!
Just trying to decide if I'm well enough to go out this morning... sadly I dont think I am...boo
I rather be better for tomorrow though if I'm going to break 24 minutes...perhaps I can go out tonight too...
I really wanted to break 50 miles again this week - ah well
Happy running all!0 -
Better to rest until you are better becky - otherwise doing 5 miles today might stop you doing anything at all over the weekend.
I hope you soon feel better xxSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
