Thats just about what it looks like now up here....I had to clear about that much snow off before I could drive away this morning.

You did well to get 6 miles done in that case.

T'up north (!) its cold and slippy - no more snow though, so they got that bit wrong so far.

Hopeful of a run in the morning though, we will see!

Glad to hear you've got the essential medicine at your disposal!:D :D

No worries Rahpael - everyone has days like that when they dont fancy it - as long as you get back on the running wagon - which you have done - we'll let you off ;)

I think I'll have to pretty much scratch off this week, I've had so much going on (wedding planning etc) that I've had little time. I'm busy most of sat and all of sunday, so I'm going for a run tomorrow and then scrapping the week and starting afresh on monday.
Tuesday is the first session of my PHM course, so that should kick start me next week :)

    Morning All!

Just trying to decide if I'm well enough to go out this morning... sadly I dont think I am...boo :(

I rather be better for tomorrow though if I'm going to break 24 minutes...perhaps I can go out tonight too...

I really wanted to break 50 miles again this week - ah well :D

    Happy running all!

Better to rest until you are better becky - otherwise doing 5 miles today might stop you doing anything at all over the weekend.

I hope you soon feel better xx
