    Wow, thats fantastic Becky.:D :D

18.5 miles, following 15.5 last week, and in not very pleasant conditions.....huge respect for that achievement:T :T .

Enjoy the clumsiness and puddled brain feeling, you only get that when you've achieved something very noteworthy!

So the furthest you have ever run, eh! Now how does that feel?:D :D

    Hats off to you!

Rich - It feels like I'm in serious need of a snow day tomorrow :D, but weirdly if I hadnt been cold I could have gone on longer - it was actually easier to keep running than it was to stop by that point - every set of lights was total torture...how weird is that?? And apart from the sprint mile - I stayed in the fat burning zone all the way - didnt get out of breath once :D. I have sooo earned the KFC Im going to have shortly (when I can stand up to go get it! ;)).

Thanks Chris - sorry to hear you're still not feeling well :(

Well done Becky for a good run in what sounds like horrendous conditions. Every credit to you for going out in such horrible weather. Here, have some custard :p

Well done everyone on your running efforts, especially rich and becky...good to see everyone continuing to progress...

Had a pretty decent run out myself today...13 miles in 1:47:20, which I was well chuffed with (bang on 8:15 average)...Not sure the last time I did a straight 13, but sure I've knocked 10-13 minutes off the PB, so better than a kick in the nuts.

    Was real cold though :)
  • Well done Idio and Becky, addictive this running lark.

Wow, the great runs just keep coming!:D

A 1-47 half marathon! Thats a huge improvement and backs up the fast 8.5miles the other day. You haven't done any 'double digit' runs lately have you? And, if you haven't, that makes it even more impressive!:D
