Hypno I can't see the original one but eeeeeeewwwww the new one is mahoooosive and looks painful. I can't understand why you would have blisters on that bit of your foot. Have you got the correct gait trainers?

  • Hypno - that is painful to look at, never mind have attached to you!

It looks like a pressure sore, rather than a friction type blister. Hope it improves soon!

Pania, have you been on the red bull again

I won't be joining you on the 40 mile walk, sadly, but it sounds like a fab thing to do!!

So, now you lot have seen my feet, you know I'm not just being lazy with my enforced rest days - one of which I will now be having tomorrow!!

NOOOOO I have been amazingly redbull free since the car was valeted and i emptied 15 redbull cans out the footwell  just chuffed i am getting faster over the shorter ones, just need to transfer that confidence to longer runs now.
FWMBOHBNSY got me a pair of nike pegasus the other day as he knew the issues i was having with my asics and i am like a new runner in them they are sooooo comfy! they were only £15 in brantanos!!! wow!!!

hon that blister as rich said really looks like a pressure blister, are you sure the padding in the trainers isnt wafty? may be worth exchanging them and see if you still have the same issue.
