    The girl in black was one of runners that comes from my camp, she had a hayfever panic attack thats why she had to pull up, she couldnt even finish the race which is a shame as shes really good normally.

    Youll easily see me as ill be towards the back chasing all the old runners down !!:rotfl:

    Rich has gone out to work but I'll get him to do it later this evening for you :D

    He went to 43 recently and it made a big difference so it should be good :D
