Pretty much all I've ever had to do:

    Turn it on.

Wait for the satellites to lock.

    Hold reset for three seconds.

    Press start.

    Run.

    Press stop.

    Job done :)

Lets here it for the doctor that said no running for 3 - 4 weeks

    BOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Time to hang up them shoes and ready with a duster when its time to dust them off.

I guess any sneeky plans of doing the Sheffleid 1/2 are now down the pan.

    Or well  .

that's a shame ukevas, but far better to get healed properly than to risk long term damage.

    Week22
    Mon26/1 Rest Day
    Tues27/1 3 x 1 Mile Intervals (6:32, 6:17, 6:10) (Average 6:20) (Pulse 130)
    Tues27/1 10K 54:18 (8:45/mile) (Pulse 92)

With just 8 more full weeks of training, after this week, to marathon day it is the point in the schedule when mileage starts to get eased upwards quite significantly, hence the introduction of some 2nd runs on certain days.

These 8 weeks are the ones which determine where 'The Wall' is built and, like anyone who has ever experienced it, I am damn sure enough work is going to get done to ensure its not going to be built before 26.2 miles!:p
