that's a shame ukevas, but far better to get healed properly than to risk long term damage.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Week22
Mon26/1 Rest Day
Tues27/1 3 x 1 Mile Intervals (6:32, 6:17, 6:10) (Average 6:20) (Pulse 130)
Tues27/1 10K 54:18 (8:45/mile) (Pulse 92)
With just 8 more full weeks of training, after this week, to marathon day it is the point in the schedule when mileage starts to get eased upwards quite significantly, hence the introduction of some 2nd runs on certain days.
These 8 weeks are the ones which determine where 'The Wall' is built and, like anyone who has ever experienced it, I am damn sure enough work is going to get done to ensure its not going to be built before 26.2 miles!:pGt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j
