WOW Raphael thats a great time for 4 miles - bet you're super chuffed with yourself :D

Indeed Rich - Paula's time is amazing - I was hoping you would stat that up for me - I was wondering if it got smaller at longer distances, but if you take away Paula's time and replace it with the nearest then I reckon it wouldnt *Becky gets excited by the stats* ;)

    Well done Raphael.

That was a big step up in distance so well done on completing it. Are you dropping the distance back again later in the week?

Well done Raphael - bet that feels fantastic!

I've just been out in the fog and done 5 steady miles - 52 mins ish. It was bizarre because I completely lost my perception of distance so kept thinking I was in different places than I really was........strange, and not entirely fun, but I did it which feels great!

So off to the shower :D

Well done Hypno - good to see it was the fog and not the feet causing you problems :D

I take it that no mention of the feet is good news, Hypno?

Another good run anyway, so even if the feet are still bothering you they're not slowing you down much!:D

    Well done Hypno...
I went to runclub tonight and had the heaviest legs in the world. Just mapping it out (won't have to do that once my garmin arrives :) )but think it was around 6 miles....god I am so tired!

Paula is amazing and now I am a runner I truely am in awe and understand how much effort she must put in all the time

Back from the shower, so a little nicer smelling :D

The feet were fine - I didn't even have the big paddy dressing on today, so I am very pleased with that.

The fog was strange - every sound was muffled so it was quite silent outside, and of course I couldn't tell where the lanes were going! I had a torch and loads of reflective bands etc but I wouldn't rush to run in the fog like that again, unless I had someone with me.

But I am very very pleased - 6 miles yesterday, 5 today and aiming to go out again tomorrow, so nicely back on track.

Well done sally on your run - you are going great guns!!

Hey JJ we're only kidding you - progress will come on its own no need to push hard all the time you know - I was very guilty of that earlier in my plan and it really hampered my progress - now I've slackened off the pace a bit in training runs I can post great times like sub 25 when it really matters :D

Well done on the run Sally
