Her racing trainers are made specifically for her by Nike Becky, but she uses different ones for training.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Ahh I see - well if you run 120 miles a week you probably do need new ones every few weeks (Becky sobs into hands at the though of that much running) - I only bought my last pair a few months ago and I need some news ones already, and my insoles are getting thin again - doh!

The difference is that she doesn't need them when she gets a new pair - the shoes are still fine for many more miles.
But she just uses the first 3-400 miles worth because she can ... and the cost to the sponsor is miniscule, probably £10 per pair, so why not!Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

What mileage are you doing per week at the moment Rich??
I think my last trainers did around 700 miles I guess, then when I got knee problems I bought new ones and I did notice the difference
