    Oh jeepers creepers - it looks like you've gone and done it now, no turning back!:eek:

    To be fair, you're well on your way so should reach race day well prepared. Gawd knows how you prepare for smog and heat though!:rolleyes:

    Maybe you should be training on a treadmill in a sauna? (no, not one of those type of saunas!:p)

    Smog... I was born in Middlesbrough man... Smog is par for the course... as for the heat... well lets just do a rain dance :D... but its in November so it should be ok... or at worse on a par with what the london runners had this year :).

    Lets just hope for an injury free time. :)

    seeing as everything is payed for... flights ETC.

    Am feeling really tired again but still going out tonight for a stretch of the legs :D

    Hypno - I need your email address and your race date if you want a plan akin to Sally's :D

    Nice running Rich - hopefully tonight's race will tire you out for Saturday so I can beat you (ha yeah right ;))
