bloody hell you two....did you not know it was hot!! where are your shorts.....
Did Jordan and Peter Andre get paid to run!!!!!!!!
and surely they were talking about Jordan...longest training run she did must have been 4 miles and it took her 7 hours to get round...
It was supposed to be cloudy and cool  But at least it stopped me getting sunburnt legs!
Jordan apparently did loads of training with 18 miles being her longest :eek:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

I watched her TV programme (forced to watch!) and she gave up after six miles on an 11 mile training run..full make up, mascara, the works......
and she wore a headband not unlike the one Sally was wearing :rotfl:
to be fair, I admire her business acumen and ability to generate income, she also raised a lot for charity but I agree that the London Marathon seems to have a lot of 'weird' entries...like the woman on stilts...:eek:Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Hey leave the headband alone, it kept my annoying hair out my face
And Sammy I had knee length on and very rarely do shorts as its not a pretty sight!I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

I can't do headbands or anything on my head....I get far too hot when I am running......I would wear shorts in winter if it didn't scare people......
Its my stomach that gets deadly cold (I have to wear a buff on my belly), but someone once told me that its the places that have most fat on them that get the coldest...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

It is indeed true, I remember in those sub zero temps we had running and getting in all hot except my baby tummy, tops of my thighs and my bum would be ice cold...no blood getting there as there is too much fat!I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. Uk you make it sound as though the cold spell is over - I wore my gloves when I ran in the rain this evening :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
It was 'Orrible 'Ills for me again tonight - 4 miles 40:23 (09:58/mile). Now I know that hilly training runs are necessary and that they are good for strengthening my legs and that the feeling I got overtaking peeps on the hill during the Salisbury run was just:j:D but........ there is no running law that says I have to enjoy them is there???? :rotfl:
And Uk - well done on giving up - you know how to celebrate don't you?? :T:T2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -
