Ahh but then it wouldnt be fun!! Half the thing of getting fit is enjoying the journey or you wont stick with it - its tough when you are in pain though - can you swim instead?? Not sure if thats any easier anyway0

it's not so much that i'm pain, but that i got tired really quickly! I was so proud of being able to hog the treadmill for an hour at a time and barely break a sweat, and now it feels like i've almost had to start all over again, back to 10 mins at a time and being knocked sideways from doing very little  Just wondering if it's a case of needing to get back into the swing of things or if that virus/cheast/flu thing i had really has wiped the slate clean and i'll have to start again????
I enjoy swimming, but won't be able to get in the water for another 3-5 days (IFYKWIM - apologies boys!) lol.
On the up side i have seen a serious reduction in the bat wing region :T i refuse to have "bingo wings" at 24 years of age! lolDebt@LBM1=£4050 1st DFD 27/08/09Debt @LBM2 =£14,469.97 2nd DFD 14/03/2018 :T

Really! you can explain the difference to me later0 -
Rubbish run this evening - managed to grind out 4 miles - but I think the leg is just not ready for 3 days running in a row and I want to run for 3:45 minutes on Sunday to see if I can as my last long run so I'll save my energies for then I think0

I know I was thinking the very same thing0

Only me :j
I survived the hills but I think my Nike Sensor is getting more and more inaccurate.
4 miles 00:38:34 (09:32/mile) and it was my hilliest hilly route - that's three minutes faster than I ran it two weeks agoI don't think it's right as this is the first time I've run 3 days in a row and it felt much slower that that.
Soooo, where is Hypno???2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -
Simply,
Surely the time was accurate though, so if you ran the same course 3 minutes quicker that represents a genuine performance improvement?
Or am I misunderstanding how these Nike thingamyjigs work?Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j
