    You have mail Pink!

If you want gadgets Idio's your man - he loves them - I'm too cheap for that sort of thing - I just downloaded a free application for my phone and I was away :D

I'm a changed man lately - completely de-gadgetted for the last couple of weeks.

    :D

Anyway, I did a 10k in the end yesterday (bailed out of a longer run as I could feel sunburn wasn't a thousand miles away..), around 50 mins. Today I did a 9.3 at lunch, in 1:24, which was a nice pace and a start at getting used to running in above-zero temperatures again.

Lovely run out, tottering along the river in (shh) abingdon was just brill - shoulda done more, really.

Legs were pretty strong for the first 6 miles, but starting to whinge a bit on the way in - think the 10k hurt them a bit yesterday (the last couple of miles were pretty brisk to make up for dropping out).

You know you're lazy when you can't be bothered to charge your garmin :D

Is nice, though, to just enjoy running without looking at the thing the whole time - and all my routes are in mapmyrun these days anywho :)

Well I'm trying to wean off the mp3 - its not allowed in most races, but I do like music to run to even if it wastes energy (singing, head bobbing etc)...
