    Thats only 100ft/mile or so!:D (Is that a hill?:p )

Its okay to take on steeper hills during normal runs - we were talking about hard effort hill reps for Simply!!

Well done Becky. Impressive time. How long have you been running for?
Well done Hypno on your 16 miler.
I walked 7 and a third miles in glorious sunshine. I was lagging a bit on the last 2 miles. I think I should of eaten something because as soon as I reached my goal, I had my sandwiches and perked up. It took me 2 and a half hours.
I then walked just over a mile home from the station. So I worked out I walked a total of 8 and three quarter miles. Feet are a little bit sore but otherwise no ill effects.

Well done Rachel - I remember doing my first 6 miles walks back in September, and my feet were absolutely burning afterwards!!!:o :o

Becky - a fantastic achievement! Well done. :T I'm already feeling nervous about my 20-mile race next weekend. You must feel great having reached that milestone already.
