Well done Becky. Impressive time. How long have you been running for?
Well done Hypno on your 16 miler.
I walked 7 and a third miles in glorious sunshine. I was lagging a bit on the last 2 miles. I think I should of eaten something because as soon as I reached my goal, I had my sandwiches and perked up. It took me 2 and a half hours.
I then walked just over a mile home from the station. So I worked out I walked a total of 8 and three quarter miles. Feet are a little bit sore but otherwise no ill effects.0 -

Well done Rachel - I remember doing my first 6 miles walks back in September, and my feet were absolutely burning afterwards!!!:o
