HI all,
I cannot believe the wife beat me to it to tell you the good news!!!!
Yip passed the fit test got to 9.10, the 30 pressups and 45 situps in a minute a piece. Im very happy and means i can concentrate on my running properly now rather than fitting it in around the killer circuit training iv been doing, but its obviously helped. Getting into outside running has been great and has really helped.
Thanks for all the support, will be have a resting evening tonight.Running Club5KM - 25:20(51.21%) 10KM - 53:40(50.26%)1/2 Marathon - 2.14.57(44.20%)Marathon 5:11:00 (40.78%)0 -

Evening guys! I'm not running tonight - it is far far too horrible out there......winter has made an unwelcome return! I hope spring is back tomorrow!
I have had an amazing boost to my FLM fundraising - my boss has agreed to personally match £ for £ my sponsorship......so I DEFINITELY have to get round now - there is a lot riding on it :T
But this running lark is a dangerous thing - I drove into work this morning......we always take the same route, but today, not only did I take a different road, but it wasn't until I was miles away, that I realised  I was on complete autopilot and was thinking about what route my long run could take on Saturday to avoid the problems I had last weekend......I think I ended up driving towards my intended running route, instead of to the office :rolleyes:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. No running for me today either. I'm recovering from the cold and my thighs are still hurting from my 10K on sunday. Back at it tomorrow though with my spin class at lunch time.Do what you want because in the end people will judge you anyway.0
