The buyer who bought my voucher who still hasn't left feedback to release the money is the same as the one who bought Sarah's voucher.
I have proof of posting, will that be enough to satisfy Paypal if it comes to that?Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0 -

Still haven't ordered my wine, seems a bit of an ****ache. Has anybody got their wine after ordering it yet?
Yes I got mine, it was dead strightforward (though I already had an account with them) rung them up to get name and address, posted in voucher, got email saying it had been added to my account, ordered case of wine (paid £6 difference on credit card), wine arrived on door step - tommorow will get glass and corkscrew and open 1st bottle :beer:Dani X

I've still never had mine ,even though I was told I would be getting one.
Not going to even e-mail them about it as I'm fed up wasting my time.0 -

That's a bit rubbish, I would kick off a bit if I was you. (I know it gets tiring, it took ages for me to get any response out of them).0 -

I've e-mailed them so may times and most of the time I never get a reply,I just can't be bothered anymore.
The only thing I did receive was the Amazon voucher.I've never received any halfway or ninja goodies either despite my queries.
I'm just going to let it go.

The free £50 Virgin voucher via Qype is long gone. The only reason why I am dragging up this old thread is to let people know that if they haven't spent their hard-earned Virgin voucher yet and they would like to spend it at the online Vie at Home store, then they need to do it before 31 December 2009. I discovered this by accident when I clicked on the Payments section at the bottom of the website recently. As a result, I blew my voucher on some on lovely jewelery (one ring, three necklaces and a pair of earrings!). You pay by credit/debit card and then you post the voucher to their Head Office. They reimburse your account upon receipt of the voucher. All the instructions are on the Payment section anyway. There's free delivery on the Vie site for purchases over £25 too at the moment. You can also get 10% cashback through Topcashback. After 31 December 2009, you can spend the voucher through a Vie Consultant, just not through the website.
