Am I being really dumb (probably). I got my voucher today and when I try and register it on the virgin wines site they ask for a voucher password but I can't find a password anywhere on the voucher or letter! Can anyone help?0

It has no code unlike money off vouchers You have to send your Gift voucher in to Virgin Wines then they credit your account(if you already have one) You might have to open one
Phone them and they will give you the address and the name of the person who deals with the gift tokens
I sent mine off on last thursday they credited my account on monday So does not take long.:jFebuary NSD 8/14 March NSD 9/110 -
Thanks Knitter; anyone who is using/has used them towards/for Virgin Experience days, can you let me know how you redeemed them please? Thanks in advance xxx0

I got an email this morning saying my goodies were posted on 9th March and should be with me in a few days. I did the original Amazon challenge and became a ninja well before the deadline, so what goodies can I expect???
Thanks0 -
I think it should be ipod, Ninja soft toy, 1gb memory stick, T shirt.....
At least thats what I got from them recently.

Can anyone tell me an email address for Qype where they will reply to you!
I still have not received my Virgin vouchers although I had recieved the initial email saying that I had qualified for it. I have tried to contact them through the website and heard nothing.
Some of you mention you had had an email saying your names were missed off...and then received your vouchers....can you help?!0 -
Some people have had reviews disqualified for being too short when they thought they had qualified, but if you haven't been told that either... well, it's par for the course! I would keep emailing them, then write a letter if you don't get a response.
Still haven't ordered my wine, seems a bit of an ****ache. Has anybody got their wine after ordering it yet?0 -
I was gonna get wine, but ended up selling my voucher on Ebay, it seemed simpler in the long run

That was until Paypal stuck their oar in, and now I have to wait for the money.Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0 -
PayBay & Dummyho, don't you just wish they'd fall down a well.0

Terrible ending to my whole virgin voucher, Sold it on ebay and sent it but forgot to do registered post. Buyer claims it never arrived. Very convenient. So had to refund - she made a paypal dispute. I've since noticed she buys lots of vouchers - wonder if they all go mysteriously missing?
So I learnt my lesson about recorded delivery, and also very annoyed at wasting all that time. Humph.0
