Well I am disgusted!

I put so much effort and did more than the required number of reviews to be sure (with all the complicated 50 first or 100 second review rule) got the email to say I'd completed the challenge then nothing else.

I assumed I'd been missed off so I emailed them and got a reply to say I won't be getting a voucher because some of my reviews were too short

Now I know there was a guide to 100 words but I wrote quality reviews (3 sentences + each) and was given no warning of not having done enough :mad:

no sign of voucher for me as well.....I wonder there is time limit for writing the reviews BUT NOT FOR THEM TO SEND OUT THE VOUCHERS....ISN'T IT...????????

Well I received mine ok - it looks like they are trying to remedy the problem with people being missed off - Hopefully they'll be sorted soon for everyone..... because Im looking forward to finding out what the new Ninja etc goodies are lol!!

That's pretty shocking that they didn't give you a warning or a chance to rectify. Did you not use a program to check your review length? You must be gutted.

Sorry that my first post on here is a rant but ...... !

Ib364 - I had exactly the same response when I queried where my voucher was. I (roughly) counted the words for each review as I went along and as far as I am concerned all of my reviews were long enough. There were a couple of my reviews which were short - but that was because I was saying that a venue was no longer there (some of the venues on their database hadn't been trading for absolutely years) and to so to compensate for this I did a few extra reviews over and above the minimum number required.

I too am fuming. I appreciate that rules are rules, however, if there must be an element of discretion and if my reviews were read they would see that they were all thought out and that a lot of time had been spent on them. If I have failed to get a voucher because one review is a couple of words short of 100 words then I too am disgusted. They should have at least given people the opportunity to rectify any errors given that they had accepted them for the challenge.

I've asked for my reviews to be reconsidered and, if still not accepted, removed from the site. Needless to say I haven't had a reply ........ !

If I had the time I would sit and re-count every single word (and in fact I am so angry I may actually do this !)
