Well I must say I am getting slightly dissapointed now. I have recieved my Goodies and my Amazon voucher, so therefore would think they are great. But, after receiving a message from Qype I am now miffed. Apparently I passed the Virgin Challenge with flying colours and they are trying to get hold of Virgin to see what is going on. I was told to check for a delivery note and make sure noone else could have signed for it. Well there is only myself and my 16 month old daughter living in the house, noone else could have signed for it. They definitely have the right address as I received the goodies. There has been no delivery note, I am in every day when the postman has been and it wouldn't have got lost as there is nowhere fot it to get lost. I really don't know what is going on. I still believe it will arrive, although I move house on Friday and am redirecting mail so I hope I still get it. I do really love Qype and would defend them to the hilt, but I am getting a little disheartened now. Anyway just wanted to add my story. xMarried the most amazing man 05/12/09 and it was the best day ever, I'm a Mrs, he he!!:jWins 2009: Peroni Alessi bowl woohoo, 1 in 10 wins DVD from Maltesers, Avon lippy!!!Freebies-Bold Gel, CoffeePinecone Research - £9Mystery Shopping - £150

Surely virgin or qype will have the recorded delivery details and therefore be able to check what happened to your voucher? I hope it turns up soon!!0 -
They should have - but as you'll see if you read back on this thread, many people's (including mine) were just pushed through the door instead of signed for...0

Yeah, that happened to mine! I can't believe it's such common place to not have to sign for signed items. The post office should still have some accountability for it surely? Hopefully between qype, virgin and the post service you should get it sorted!0 -
Hey Guys
We (i.e. Qype, I work for them) just found out today that a few people got missed off the list of voucher recipients a couple of weeks ago.
We looked into this after a few of you contacted us asking where your vouchers were and our records showed you should have got them.
So first off: thank you for letting us know!
And secondly: The 'lost vouchers' are being resent asap.
We'll email everyone who got missed off the list in the next 24 hours just to let you know individually.
And third: Sorry. This was good old human error, so we apologise if anyone got inconvenienced.0 -
Ooh, does that mean I was missed out and not just that it's a bit late? Do we need to contact you directly about this so you know who we are?0
-
Hello SC - nope, we''re going to email everyone who got missed off the list in the next 24 hours, so you don't have to do anything.0
