Hinchcliffe wrote: »Hey Guys
We (i.e. Qype, I work for them) just found out today that a few people got missed off the list of voucher recipients a couple of weeks ago.
We looked into this after a few of you contacted us asking where your vouchers were and our records showed you should have got them.
So first off: thank you for letting us know!
And secondly: The 'lost vouchers' are being resent asap.
We'll email everyone who got missed off the list in the next 24 hours just to let you know individually.
And third: Sorry. This was good old human error, so we apologise if anyone got inconvenienced.
Well, thanks for letting me know (I got the email just now). Sadly, I have just today booked flights to the States - the flights I was holding off booking in anticipation of the voucher. To me, the whole exercise was pointless, as I cannot use the voucher for what I specifically planned.
Shame.

So firstly: massive apologies for the mistake.
Secondly: your voucher is on its way. We've sent your name and postal address to Virgin and you should receive your voucher within a week.

Hello folks
I just had a thought and I wondered if anyone knows if you can spend the voucher at a virgin outlet store? At our local 'designer' centre, theres an outlet virgin vie store. Hmm what do you think? (that's if I can find £50 of make up that I actually want)!0
