Crazy Girl I'm so sorry I didn't get online yesterday to wish you all the best - I was a tad tied up between workmen and the hospital.

I just want to say that I hope all goes well. Oh heck, I'm no good with words, but know that good thoughts are with you.:o

Had appointment with Psych today, wasn't as bad as i expected. She said she'd write to the CBT people to find out what's happening as its taking too long and she agrees i need it sooner rather than later. But becuase i'm meant to be seeing them i technically can't have a CPN or social worker as well, but she said she'd talk to the ones in my team as i need the extra support atm, and my trazadone has been increased to 300mg  so will be a zombie but if it works , i wont complain.

Medical is next wednesday. Bf is off work sick but says he'll come with for moral support, hopefully it wont be as bad i i keep thinking it will be.

Crazy__girl- i'm sure they don't hate you hun, its natural that you're going to be a bit stressed with the wedding plans, but hopefully tomorrow will be a brilliant day and a happy start to married life :)

i worked out a way to go for a wee in such a huge dress, that was my biggest fear believe it or not- 3 of my bridesmaids held it up for me hehe!

im so happy to be married :) i was worried that he would get cold feet as he has to be carer too but he didnt :)

:T:TI'm so pleased. I had that worry about "will he get cold feet" too, as I got my lupus dx three days before the wedding! But look, we both got good'uns, who are happy to be our carers as well as husbands. Horray for that.:j
LOL at getting your bridesmaids to hold your dress up - very innovative!.:o

  • Hello All!

Its been ages since I have posted but I just wanted to say hello all to you lovely peeps.
My dog is having a little nap at the moment. 22 months after my "breakdown" or "episode" as my GP called it (!) I am feeling almost ok & got a job interview for a temp role tomorrow . Some of my old panics resurfaced in the middle of last night but considering I am almost wetting my pants with nervousness (tmi?) it is still a big (happy) leap.
So I have gone from deep depression, social phobia, unable to leave the house, OCD, dehydrated from constant crying, & truely suicidal to almost back to my old self. Ok, the black dog is still there, lurking, and I will never be "cured" but I wanted to share my good news with the people who have been so supportive, you guys. xx

Crazy girl -Congrats on your wedding. I had the same cold feet worry, however now when I feel myself panic that he will leave crazy old me I tell myself he is lucky to have me! I don't always believe myself though. xx

Good luck with the interview marrowgirl & congrats crazygirl on the wedding.

    Have a great week everybody.
