ive seen it adapted to fit various other illness, and have on occasion adapted it to mental spoons. if i have to choose one out of 2 or 3 thigns to do because trying to do all 2 or 3 will be too much then imo its similar enough to be explained by the spoon theory........though then i feel guilty for possibly upsetting people with other chronic conditions.

got the letter i've been dreading-been called up for ATOS medical for my ESA. can't stop panicking. have heard nothing but bad news about them. i'm convinced they are going to fail me and declare me fit for work. i cant cope with someone telling me i'm lying. i can't cope with this i can't work, not now, i need help and im still waiting for it. it would push me over the edge. stupid how one letter leaves me a blubbering wreck.

had happy day today so won't stay long...don't worry xxmessedupxx it's not as bad as people make out,........do you have some one that can go with you.? have you seen you doctor lately ? as they get notes from them..if you have'nt have a chat with him to get your notes up to date , tell him about the medical and how you feel .so it's on his notes..for when they ask/

ive just got back from the reception venue weve been setting ti all up for tomorrow. i got really stressed and ended up snapping at my dad who then took great delight in telling me off like im a kid in front of everyone. i even apologised to him and he gave me a flipping lecture. everyone in the family and wedding party hate me, theyre all talking about me now, i know it.

Crazy girl, im sure everyone doesnt hate you, i know it does feel like that, i feel like that too, im sure they have forgotten what went on between you and your dad, i would pull your dad aside and explain, he does love you after all and should understand what your going through.
