You would think they would call to arrange delivery of such a big parcel but they just turned up with mine on monday with no warning. Luckily someone was home to take delivery.

This was a Toshiba set though so it might have been delivered by different people to the sammy one depending on where it came from.

Ive ordered a sammy and have been told by freemans that i probably wont get a call. They said they use 2 couriers, 1 calls u and the other doesn't. The others amtrak who they said is used for the majority of their tv orders.

I see the Freemans site now shows 20% discount everytime I visit it now. Just made a purchase of the 37 in Tosh with the 20% discount that was automatically added and went through quidco. Paid total amount with credit card and total showed discounted price. Nothing in the terms and conditions about not being eligible for code unless you are Personal account holder wanting credit.

Whats the betting they cancel my order without telling me. They've got to be breaking trading standards law if they do, even if its just for having unclear terms and conditions.

The only way they may get out of it is if they say one account per household which they do say for personal accounts, but cash accounts are not mentioned. My wife tried the 25% code a couple of weeks ago and was rejected with order cancelled so technically she hasn't ordered anything.

At least we are ensuring that Freemans will get their Website in order and put up som proper T&C's. If you go to Kays website they have pages of T&C's so at least you know where you stand. With Freemans it lucky dip if they accept your order or not.

£60 already showing as tracked on Quidco. This didn't happen with the 25% offer. Has anybody had Quidco amount tracked and then subsequently had their order cancelled.

Just had this e-mail from the infamous Sarah Gibbs:

Therefore anybody who wants a TV, go through Quidco to get 5% cashback put the 20% discount code in the box if it doesn't appear automatically pay balalnce in full with credit card (they take Amex for the cashback). I think they could of saved themselves a lot of hassle and bad customer service if they had just accepted the original 25% code for the few orders that got through and accepted. They only cancelled the orders because it was for the autum/winter catalouge and not the spring summer but it was still for 1st time customers.

Anyway hopefully TV will be here in a couple of days.
