Whats more it is the sellers responsibility to collect the goods from you, although they are entitled to charge you for the privilege.
No the seller can require you to arrange a return at your cost. They have to state that in their T&C though.0 -

Under UK law if they dont tell you of your rights under the distance selling regulations you have THREE MONTHS and seven days to return the item!
I cant see that Freemans does tell you.0 -
Looks like freemans are canceling orders, I just got this on an order on Sunday placed using the "new" discount code.

i have just phoned freemans and they told me the 25% code i used was now longer valid, i was just very persistent that i had phoned the day before and was told the code was valid. the operator i spoke to phoned customer service and they gave her a new code, the order was placed and i bagged a 26" for 449.99 what a bargain!!!!!!!! :eek:0

Depends what code you used, i.e. MVKP expired on 5th Jan (I think) - according to Freemans. Went with the standard 20% first time customer and via Quidco for 5%. Have received a confirmation e-mail with the reduced proces so will have to se eif they honour it.Personal Responsibility - Sad but True
Sometimes.... I am like a dog with a bone0 -
I got the same email saying that the code had expired. How do I stand though if the website accepted it? Mind you, it din't actually show the 25% discount...0

I called them, they cannot accept orders if someone in your house has got an account already. I said this is crap, I said my bank statnment doesnt go to my partner. Freemans have took the 20% off new customers image off there homepage, becuase funny how I said I was going to take them to trading standards.Kind Regards
