No, they havent put it in writeing,
the fisher price chair is great and really comfortable, I have since seen that some chairs have shoulder harnesses not just crotch straps which would definately stop this happening, maybe they should be compulsory?0 -

SO SO glad your baby is o.k. Even if you don't get anything in writting i would still tell the whole thing to Trading standards - i had a VERY different issue with another company and they were absolutely brilliant. Very helpful with advise, follow up phone call.
Trading standards keep a record of all calls and how many calls are recieved about one company... or a certain product so definitely work doing.

Funnily enough (or not so funny) my friend had this one for her LO and took it back as her LO head kept rolling from side to side.0
