i have used them since 2004, and have found them to be quite reliable - so have friends, family, etc - so i naturally highly recommend them on here also
I think adslguide only shows the big providers out there, but I have found that usually the smaller scaled ones do just as good of a job, if not better.... perhaps zazizam need to submit an application to be listed on that site, or something like that....
When I joined, and still think it is policy, you get 2 weeks after getting connected to them, that you can call via their customer services number - if any problems did occur... failing that - can always raise a free support ticket, via members area0 -

When I have contacted their support with these figures I have got no help. Is anyone else having problems with madasafish?0 -
rammell wrote:Without seeing what you signed up to with Pipex it is difficult to say. However, unless you've got 2 telephone lines, you'll only have one BB connection and can therefore only sign up with one ISP at a time. Therefore, if you attempt to sign up with Madasafish, they'll begin procedures to cut off your connection with Pipex and this could break you current contract with Pipex..... plus any penalties for coming out of your contract early. Best wait until 2/3 to be on the safe side.
i waited and signed up today with madasafish.
the Voyager 240 router for free offer is over!!
but still the cheapest provider on the market.
by the way my pipex montly charge was £35,-/month for 512 Mbps, no download limits!!!rabbish price but highly reliable customer service!
i'll leave feedback as soon my connection is achieved!!!

A gentle reminder folks.....
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: Sorry, referral links and suggestions are only permitted on the Referrers Board. I have asked Board Guides to remove any they see on the main boards. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.0 -
Can anyone tell me if there is a provider who´s contract can be renewed on a monthly basis? I´ve moved house but will be going abroad for 4 months in the summer.0

If you use the link provided by Martin giving the extra £1 off per month, the free Voyager 240 router is still part of the offer. I signed up yesterday and when I selected this modem the price against it was "free".0 -

Hi Golfescort
Hope it's not too late, but I've just seen an ISP called Eclipse who offer monthly contracts. Try here... http://www.eclipse.net.uk/index.cfm?id=home_res

I've just tried using the uSwitch.com service to find a cheaper broadband supplier. uSwitch.com have been in the press a lot recently, mostly about their claims to find the cheapest gas and electricity providers. However, they also have a "cheapest broadband" service.
I put in my details, including existing provider, and whilst it identified a couple of cheaper providers, it missed out several ISPs that have been mentioned on this bulletin board that are even cheaper e.g. V21. I could save myself over £60 per year by going with an ISP that failed to be listed with uSwitch.
So, if you're thinking of using the uSwitch service, just a word of caution. By the way, I called uSwitch Customer Services to ask why providers such as V21 were not listed. They claimed that if a provider is not included, it is only because they've not been given relevant information by the ISP.ELR0 -
