Someone on the mealplans thread posted a link to this recipe for baked eggs in spicy tomato sauce - it serves 2 and uses 4 eggs, so can easily be upscaled if more of you. You could add chopped ham if you are meat-eaters.
ETA microwave lemon curd recipe - also tells you how to steralise jars.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170 -

My beetroot and choc cake uses fresh beetroot http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/you/article-1033341/Beetroot-chocolate-cake.html

Sorry i'm sure I have saw a thread about this before but I can't find it so i'm now wondering if i was imaganing it..
I have 10 eggs date stamped today, I know you can do the water test to make sure they are ok after this date but i would rather not rish they have turned and waste them.. I stupidly over bought with the plan of making some quiche to freeze only to get home to discover my quiche tin had gotten damaged in our house move and was unsavable and I haven't replaced it yet..
So other than dashing out and buying another quiche tin (which i only use occasionally) has anyone got any good ideas on what to make to use up eggs, 2 adults 2 kids (plus newborn) well stocked store cupboard and I have freezer space but my mind is blank and it keeps reverting to omlettes or eggy bread.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000 -
