Eggy bread
If you add sugar to the egg you can have it like a desert.

Make something out of them that can be frozen, do you have stuff in store cupboard to make some sponge puddings that you can freeze or something like that? Or boil them and put them in the fridge for snacks.Debt busting! Jan 2014 £7632.50 £7445.80

Eggs do keep past the use by date.
Store them in the fridge, bring up to room temperature before using and just to be on the safe side with their freshness. Put them in a measuring jug of cold water, if they sink the are fine to eat, if they float they are full of air and need to be thrown away.
I have December dated eggs which are still fine.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

2 in my fridge. I bought a box of 6 on Saturday and 4 went into a batch of Toffee Chocolate Brownies a la Nigella (supposed to be 3 eggs but they weren't big so I used 4). The batch of brownies were for a friend's birthday. A bit of a recession style present - I put them ino a pretty gift box and she was very touched that it was something I'd made just for her! She almost cried!
Incidentally, brownies are a good idea for a present because the recipient can put them in the freezer and slowly work their way through them. They're great warmed up in the microwave and served with icecream.Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...0 -
