I didn't know you could freeze tiramisu does it still taste ok??

I usually make sponges for my tiramisu if I have eggs left over and then freeze the sponges - they def freeze well...

Egg mayonaise, quiches, souffle, egg and chips, poached eggs on toast, boiled eggs and soldiers for brekkie, bread and butter pudding, egg custard, pancakes, ice cream, lemon curd.......

5 or 6 spuds,6 eggs, onion,cook the spuds,roughly chop them,put in frying pan,lightly whisk six eggs,pour in pan,add onion and stir........then cook like a omlette,turn over,cook a little more........Tortilla Espanol....Ole!

Don't worry if you don't use all the eggs by the end of the week, as they will keep for longer than the date on the carton

How about hard-boiling them, cooling them off quickly, and then popping them in a jar with some spiced vinegar poured over?

I have 10 medium free range eggs that need used for Saturday. Meals are all panned for the week so omlettes are out of the question, anyone have any other ideas??

Pancakes? you can freeze them as well between sheets of clingfilm or baking parchment

Actually, is there any reason why you cannot change the meal plan? (sorry I am a noob)

I was going to say change the meal plan - make a tortilla/ spanish omlette and freeze whatever i replaces for another day?
