    I make a spanish omelette when I need to use up eggs, as I use a 6-egg recipe. this will keep for a couple of days and is great for packed lunches.

    What can I do with a dozen eggs that go out of date tomorrow. It would need to be something to freeze I think. Either a meal or dessert
