Good evening everyone.
Quick post to say all dailies done and little else.
I went to work this morning, did 2 hours of observations, set up laptop on site , to do referencing, sharing a table with a Nurse Assessor who was on site as well, but the headache I had brewing developed into a migraine very quickly. One of my candidates came in and asked if I was OK, shortly after, I had to run to the loo feeling sick, then she called the nurse-in-charge to see me and they sent me for a rest. After 20 minutes I decided I'd be better off at home! (Everyone had been telling me this). I'd text my colleague and my line manager, but not had a reply.
Also just read announcement in 1st post!
I drove home in a haze, and felt very dizzy when I got out of the car. DS had to help me take my boots off and I went to bed and slept for 2 hours, then got up and had a bath. Headache's eased and I've reloaded the tumble dryer, but DH had to make dinner when he got in. He'd been up since 5.30 and he's up tomorrow at 4, with a night out.

All I did today is put a load of washing on and do some washing up. I say only, but everytime I got out of bed I thought I would faint, so I'm amazed I did that much! Am feeling better than yesterday, so hopefully I will feel up to doing more tomorrow!

This is probably an utterly stupid question but are soda crystals safe to use in an acrylic bath?
I want to soak my oven shelves and doors in a bath of hot water and soda crystals but am terrified of damaging the bath tub.

i'll do the recycling tomorrow morning when i drop the kids at nursery (6hours NO kids :j ) - i'll go to aldi/lidl for a few things which are cheaper there and i will also have a look at our tesco extra if they have the 1tb harddrive storage for £70.
AND i'll have a look if i could get an hour at our gym (just payg, bodycombat sounds interesting!) - haven't done anything in absolutly ages because i have the kids and oh is on a silly shift pattern- and i really miss it!!
will attack the mealplanner whilst watching tv
kids have been very good today, i guess spending some quality time with them does help  - so they could stay up a bit longer because they were playing with each other nicely fishing with improvised fishing rods over the stairs railing, then cooking the fish and serving me :rotfl:
zls don't even go there! i've been there and soon it will bother you (at least) - and it will just be more difficult to start all over again!
