On the one occasion I only do enough lobby for tea, DH wants some to take to work with him tomorrow for his tea as he's on a night out and he can warm it up on his stove. So next job on my list is make another pot of lobby then I might get round to doing something from today's list!

Summermoon - gin will probably help - for you not the kids - drink enough and you'll go to sleep and not hear them! :rotfl:
JulieJim - what's lobby? (apart from what you do to MPs and Ministers!)

OK, I have some cooked sprouts and cooked carrots and some uncooked broccoli which needs using up along with the nub end of a red and green pepper which also need using up. Hmmm. I feel a ready steady cook challenge coming on...

    Evening people :D

Been AWOL since last Thursday last week and about to start this weeks list. Had a really chilled out Fri/Sat then was at work from 5 - 11pm yesterday so was busy all day trying to catch up from having an easy weekend. Work again today too.

To our leader thank you for the list (and I should get the parcel in the post this week)

The Krew have abandoned me (and their chance to earn pocket money) so I best make a start as I need to clean up the kitchen from the rough attempt at tea (couldnt be *rsed tonight as very tired :o ) before I can start on the lounge where I NEED to hoover the sofas as someone has let the dog in when she's dirty and the cream is now black (well blacker than normal)

Ok if I dont go now I never will

    Back later hopefully
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

Evening all! Shopping done, got 3 shirts, one black (safe) one white (safe again) and one VERY PINK (NOT SAFE!!!) I'm still unsure about the pink.

Been sorting through laundry in our room, where it gets dumped when it's dry :o because I still can't seem to get into a routine of putting it straight away. Started sorting some too little stuff to one side, DS2s old primary tops which I will take down there, trying to find DPs scissors for his cars which are in there somewhere (he says) to save buying more. DSs uniform tops must be in the WM so need to get those out and dried. Need a bath or shower tonight, probably go for a 'money saving' shower. Tomorrow DPs out on the afternoon too so I get an afternoon to myself :D:D:D:D

Hope you're all ok, will catch up with all your news later on x
One day I might be more organised...........

Well I've made a start! Had a mad half hour running round the place to Abba while I decluttered the front room, then grabbed a damp MF cloth and dusted too. Also got the DW emptied and put the dirty stuff in, and loaded the WM ready to go on overnight. Dinner cooked, and I've shoved the rack from the grill pan in the DW - I hate washing it by hand! Can't work out if the grill pan itself will fit - shall be working on that later! Am about to go and do some painting in the spare room I think........

Out of interest, do any of you have particular favourite songs or albums to play whilst you're cleaning?
